April was full of lots of family time seeing as the kids were home all day long and Ry worked from home. It looks like Bobby Jean might have liked Ry's laptop more than he did. LOL. We continued to do lots of art projects. I thought I was ordering large canvas for Brynn and I do art projects with and yep, they were tiny! Ryan continued to grow gross facial hair things since he was working from home. Easter was ok but kind of different since this was the first year we weren't able to go the park for the Easter egg hunt. We can't forget E's birthday! He's not a huge fan of cake so he requested a candy bar cake. I totally nailed it. He had a great birthday and even though it was not warm enough to play outside in the water, he and Brynn just had to pretend it was summer.

March (cont.....)
March was quite a shocking month with the pandemic starting. The world was freaking out as Covid-19 was out of control. The kids were no longer able to go to school in person, thus beginning "distant learning" (home school). We tried hard to keep ourselves busy not knowing that the pandemic would continue for the next year. Brynn did lots of art projects and a cool science experiment with soap. Then to end the month of the unknown, Ry thought it would be a great idea to get a puppy. Meet Ticc.

February
February was quite the month of adventure! Jax wrapped up his last middle school wrestling season. Ry and Brynn went on a Valentine date. Brynn loved every second of it and said it was the best day of her life. She got all dressed up and I even put make-up on her. I also managed to go to the kids Valentine's parties at school. We had SO much snow during the month. But, the highlight of the month was when our van broke down on the way to Grand Junction. It was quite the ordeal. We had to take the city bus from Fruita to Grand Junction and that was a real eye-opener for everyone. LOL.
