Christmas & More
What an amazing time of year! A time to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas. A time to give. A time for "everything" family. A time to be thankful. A time to remember the birth of Jesus. Such a fun, fun time. This year Ryan was assigned to work on the float for the Parade of Lights all day long for his job. Since he didn't feel good and since he was so sick with pneumonia, he gladly accepted. The float turned out amazing. The boys also had a great time at the Fire Hall Christmas Party visiting with Santa. Easton was even quoted as saying "I will sit on Santa's lap and I will not be a jack wagon!" Ryan and I laughed as that's kind of a joke in our family. We've had some amazing "during Sacrament Meeting" art work by Huds (I'm sure that is when I was giving my talk….) and an all around fantastic Christmas!

Nature vs Nurture
This is our Huds. He has always been this way. Love him so much. I've never been a pack rat/hoarder……but Ryan. Hmmmmmmm. (Note: I put six blankets and several stuffed animals away in the closet, of which Huds knows exactly which ones)

Everyday Life
I was joking the other day with a friend about what was going on….. I told her same "stuff", different day. Sometimes I wonder if my days, nights, weeks matter but then I hear our kids say special things and I know that they totally do. Here are a few of our everyday life activities……

Thanksgiving & More
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year with the entire Draper Clan! We have so much to be thankful for. We played games, played with cousins, went on bike rides, went to Aunt Kalyn's, hung out, exchanged cousin Christmas gifts and played some more. I was lucky enough to go see Catching Fire with my mom, Jenn, Brooke, Heather and Nicole for my birthday. We also had a blast taking Trax to Temple Square. It was the first time there for Ryan and our kids. As I reflect on Thanksgiving, I have no words to describe how thankful I am for everything I have. And it's a lot!
