Draper Family Vacation 2010

The Draper Family Vacation was a huge success this year. We drove to Denver then flew to Kansas City for a week stay enjoying the company of family. We spent lots of time at Bibler's house hanging out and getting to know Laynee and Kendyl a little better. The best part there - RIBS! You just can't go to Ben & Nicole's house without eating BBQ. Amazing! Branson, MO was beautiful. Green everywhere. The humidity on the other hand not so pretty. It was HOT! We had fun swimming at the lake, the show Buckets and Boards (where Jax got to get up on stage to help make music), shopping and hanging out. The highlight of the trip for me was Lambert's (funny thing it wasn't even in Branson, lol). A restaurant famous for "throwed rolls". You put your hands up in the air and they walk around and throw hot homemade rolls to you. It was such good food! I did manage to capture a few pictures before the camera got water-logged and ruined.

Ry's B-day

Ryan had a great birthday celebrating with family. We had dinner, hung out, shot his bow and his mom made him apple pie. Ryan is such a great hubby and dad. We hope to celebrate many more birthdays with him. Jax was the ring bearer at our friends wedding yesterday and loved it. He did a great job and everyone thought he was adorable.

Grandpa & Grandma

Grandpa & Grandma came for a little visit on Saturday. The boys had so much fun riding the wheeler. I can't believe I didn't get any pictures of it. Dad and Huds would be riding the wheeler and Jax would be following on his motorcycle. They loved it! Ryan and Dad did a little golfing. I took Mom to our new dollar store, yee haw! It was fun hanging out. We had a little birthweek party for Ryan. He loves his new saws-all. Mom and Dad went to church with me and the boys on Sunday. Jax insisted that Mom go to Primary with him so she did. She was able to talk him into letting her go to Relief Society. It was a great visit.

4th of July

Camping with Dad

Camping with Mom

Check out East's dirty hand

Huds' way clean face

We have a nightly routine of tucking the boys in their beds then doing whatever. I usually go outside and weed. Well when I came back inside, both boys were asleep in our bed. Couldn't get mad.....

Huds first sparkler by himself

Sparkler time

Every time I see a beautiful tree I take a picture of it and think of Grandma Denny

Ryan had an entire nine days off work last week and boy was it nice! We hung out. We went to t-ball and softball games. We put rain gutters on the house. We went camping. We went to a couple bbq's. We hung out with friends. We worked on the yard. We watched fireworks. We had a blast!
