Happy New Years Eve
I've been recovering from hernia surgery and the boys (including Ryan) have just been hanging out. East has been sick and last night fell fast asleep on Ryan. Huds loves his toast dipped in orange juice all hours of the day. Jax getting ready for movie night with his popcorn. Don't forget, Jax and East getting warm on the heater.

Funny Story
Last night I was sitting in the chair and showing the boys my "owie" from surgery. Each one looked at it and studied it. After a couple of minutes Jax looked at me so serious and said "When is it going to knee?". Funny. What he really meant was "When is it going to heal?". :-)

Torsell Christmas
Santa made it to the Torsell's one night early delivering the boys bunk bed cause it wouldn't fit in his sleigh. Jaxon and Hudson love it and have slept in their own beds the entire night since it's been set up. Good thing Santa made it to our house again for Christmas morning. I was so sad that I wasn't able to capture all the great moments seeing as I had left the camera at Ryan's parents house the night before. We did however have a nice little family get together Christmas Eve with Ryan's family. We all made off with a haul. The boys were really fun to watch this year! Jax started Christmas morning off at 4:30am but we waited til 5:30am to finally get up. I bet that was the longest hour for him ever. Ryan is off until January 3rd. Looking forward to spending lots of family time the next week.

Draper Christmas
Looks like Sadie is getting Mason!
Our Bethlehem dinner cook!
I'm saying "I don't think this shirt is going to fit" but it fits perfectly!
Blakers was Joe Cool with his shades. He loved them!
Brandon and Jenn tried to pose for a picture and hit heads! It was sooooo funny!
Brooke and Jenn trying not to puke. Oh wait that was just Brooke. :)
Cousins having so much fun!
Dad yelling at me to hurry up and take the picture!
Our cute Huds!
Ice cream on the rug. It doesn't get much better!
Cute picture after they hit heads!
One of my favorite parts....the story of baby Jesus.
Here is the view looking down on all the kids hiding behind the table with their puppets!
We had such a good time celebrating Christmas this past week. The cousins had a blast opening presents from each other. The adults had fun getting new shirts from each other. The Bethlehem dinner was amazing and totally needs to be a tradition for us every year. Our boys love their grandma and grandpa presents. The hanging out time was much needed. The alone "get away" time was amazing (thanks mom and dad)! The sacrament program on Sunday was so good. It's just a great time of year! Perfect everything....minus the weather home! LOL!

RFD Christmas Party
Rangely Fire Department Christmas Party was last Friday and it was lots of fun. Ryan received the award for 100 training hours this year which was quite the accomplishment. The boys loved Santa and running around with friends. Jaxon participated in Santa's Secret Shop at school last week and he was able to buy presents for Huds and East. Jax had a blast picking out presents for his brothers. Huds and East had a blast opening and playing with them! The boys are very hyper and bouncing off the walls like crazy. Last Friday I spent the day in Vernal with East having a CT scan done on my stomach. The doctor called today and I have a hernia. I will need to have surgery to fix it but it's not an emergency so that's good. I feel very blessed and thankful for this time of year.

Jax's Project Board
`Here are a few more things Jax has been making in school. I love the letter creations. So cute. The other day East wanted to wear undies like his big brothers and insisted that I put them on him. This is how he wore them the entire day!

Thanksgiving
We spent the week before Thanksgiving in South Jordan with the Kynaston's, Bateman's, D Draper's, J Draper's and Aunt Jenn. It was such a fun time! Unfortunately I didn't take my camera. I am so grateful for the Thanksgiving season as it gives me time to reflect on all of my many blessings. My happy, healthy children. My brothers and sisters and their families. The gospel. My husband and the excellent dad he is. My parents and how thankful I am for them. My friends. There are just so many things to be thankful for. We had quite the non-traditional Thanksgiving dinner at our home with Ryan's family. I'm thankful for new experiences. Ryan and I and the boys went Christmas tree hunting yesterday. That was really fun. We found the most perfect Christmas tree right off the bat and we didn't have to get too cold or drive too far. That was awesome.

Star of the Week
Jaxon was star of the week this week and loved every minute of it. For show and tell, Jax took a little sheep that he had made. The boys are making the sheep to put on display and sale with lots of other little friends. All the money raised is going to buy sheep and bee hives for families all over the world that are in need for Christmas. Huds and East are doing good. Huds is learning how to write his name and East is learning how to throw good temper tantrums.

Easton's First Haircut
Not sure if you can tell or not but East got his first haircut today. He did awesome. Didn't even make a peep. Way better than the older kids! :o) If you can't tell, it's a little fade cut. He looks so cute!
